  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, coat chicken cubes with olive oil and seasonings. Cook in a skillet until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then set aside.
  2. Boil bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.

  4. Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth; season to taste. Combine with pasta and chicken in the skillet.
