Ingredients
- 1 Oreo pie crust
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces each, softened)
- 10 drops red food color
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1 tub Cool Whip
Instructions
- In a clean mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla essence and peppermint flavoring; mix well.
- Fold red food coloring into half of the cream cheese mixture to create swirls.
- Gently fold in half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Pour half of plain mixture into the Oreo crust, add dollops of colored mixture on top, then layer with remaining plain mixture. Swirl lightly with a rubber spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
- After chilling, spread Cool Whip over the top and garnish with crushed peppermint candies before serving.
