  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 pound Ditalini Pasta (cooked)

Instructions

  1. In a large Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat with half of the all-purpose seasoning until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion, carrots, and celery to the pot with remaining seasoning. Cook for about 5-8 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and bay leaf; cook for another minute.
  4. Return the ground beef to the pot, then add diced tomatoes, beans, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving over cooked ditalini pasta.
