Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (approx. 150g)
 - 1 cup broccoli florets
 - 1 carrot, thinly sliced
 - 1 zucchini, sliced
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1 clove garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt
 - Black pepper
 
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper. Heat half of the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Add sliced carrots, zucchini, broccoli florets, and halved cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried herbs. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
 - To serve, place the sautéed veggies in a bowl and top with the seared salmon fillet.
