 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

 - ⅛ teaspoon almond extract
 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 - Pinch of table salt
 - ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
 - 4 ounces cream cheese
 - 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 teaspoon almond extract
 - 4 large eggs
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
 - For the peach topping, mix chopped peaches with lemon juice, granulated sugar, cornstarch, melted butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl until coated.
 - In another bowl, whisk together flours, salt, and baking powder. In a separate large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until creamy; add granulated sugar gradually until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by extracts.
 - Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold half of the peach topping into the batter.
 - Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan; layer remaining peach topping on top before adding remaining batter.
