- 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and thinly sliced)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (divided)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (divided)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter (room temperature)
- 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
- In the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats until combined.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peach filling and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden around the edges.
