- 2 tbsp Peruvian Spice Blend

Instructions

- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes using a sharp knife.
- In a ziplock bag, combine chicken, lemon juice, olive oil, and Peruvian spices. Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers (4 pieces each).
- Heat grill pan over medium-high heat and sear kabobs for about 1 minute per side.
- Transfer the grill pan to the preheated oven and cook for approximately 15 minutes, rotating every 7 minutes.
