- 50 g unsalted pistachios (shelled and roughly chopped)
- Flaky salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions

- Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
