- 4 eggs
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 loaf Brioche or Challah bread
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- Pinch of salt
- Maple syrup for drizzling
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together melted butter, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and set aside.
