- 4–6 tbsp cold water
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of all-spice
- pinch of ground cloves
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add cold water to form dough. Shape into a disk and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface to fit a 9-inch pie dish. Transfer crust into dish.
