  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Better than Bouillon, Beef Flavored
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 14.5 ounces fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 15.5 ounces chili beans
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 Reese's Peanut Butter Cup

Instructions

  1. Begin cooking ground beef in the bottom of a Dutch oven over medium heat until browned. Add minced garlic and diced onion; sauté until softened.
  2. Add half of the chili powder and chipotle chili powder along with Better than Bouillon. Continue cooking until all meats are fully cooked.
  3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and fire-roasted tomatoes into the meat mixture. Stir in salt and chili beans until thoroughly combined.
  4. Combine the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup into the chili. Stir until it completely melts into the mixture.
  5. Let your chili simmer for at least 30 minutes or longer if you prefer deeper flavors. Enjoy!
