  • 4 cups seedless red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 French baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 12 tablespoons honey
  • Maldon sea salt, to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon fresh diced rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a nonstick baking sheet, toss grapes with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sea salt. Roast for about 15 minutes until slightly burst.
  2. On another baking sheet, arrange baguette slices and brush each with the remaining olive oil. Top with brie cheese and bake for 5-7 minutes until melted.
  3. Assemble crostini by spooning roasted grapes over melted cheese. Drizzle with honey and garnish with walnuts and rosemary if desired.
