Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless red grapes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 French baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1–2 tablespoons honey
- Maldon sea salt, to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- Optional: 1 teaspoon fresh diced rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a nonstick baking sheet, toss grapes with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sea salt. Roast for about 15 minutes until slightly burst.
- On another baking sheet, arrange baguette slices and brush each with the remaining olive oil. Top with brie cheese and bake for 5-7 minutes until melted.
- Assemble crostini by spooning roasted grapes over melted cheese. Drizzle with honey and garnish with walnuts and rosemary if desired.
