Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper (if using), olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight.
