  • 6 Tbsp butter, diced into small cubes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lb medium thickness asparagus, woody ends trimmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400 – 425°F).
  2. Cut four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (14 by 12 inches) and lay them flat.
  3. Divide the shrimp among the foil packs and arrange asparagus alongside.
  4. Drizzle each pack with vinegar or broth, sprinkle garlic and lemon zest, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Distribute butter pieces evenly in each packet.
  6. Seal the foil packs securely but leave space for steam circulation.
  7. Cook on the grill for about 9 – 10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  8. Serve unwrapped with a drizzle of lemon juice and a sprinkle of parsley.
