  • 3 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil (for slaw and cooking shrimp)

  • Cajun seasoning
  • Cilantro lime crema

Instructions
