  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 pounds potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock or water
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, combine the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well coated.
  2. Lay the chicken on top of the potato mixture and season with any remaining salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Parmesan garlic sauce and chicken stock. Pour over the chicken and potatoes.
