  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente.
  2. Drain pasta using a colander and rinse under cold water to cool.
