  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Add remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Velveeta until melted. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan; mix until creamy.
  6. Combine cooked rotini with sauce until well coated.
  7. Return steak to skillet; warm through for about 12 minutes.
