Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Add remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and Velveeta until melted. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan; mix until creamy.
- Combine cooked rotini with sauce until well coated.
- Return steak to skillet; warm through for about 12 minutes.
