Ingredients
- 2 inches raw Ginger (peeled)
- 2 cups Filtered water
- 1 Tbs Apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Tbs Raw Honey
- 2 Lemons (peeled and quartered)
- 2 Oranges (peeled and quartered)
- 2 inches raw Turmeric (peeled) OR 1 tsp powdered turmeric
- 2–4 cloves peeled raw Garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients: In a high-powered blender, combine peeled ginger, turmeric, lemons, oranges, garlic (if using), apple cider vinegar, black pepper, honey, and filtered water.
- Strain the mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a mesh strainer into a large bowl. Use a spoon to press down on the pulp for maximum liquid extraction.
- Store: Transfer the strained liquid into bottles using a funnel, leaving about a quarter inch from the top.
