This quick and delicious dish is perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings. Tender ground beef is infused with a blend of spices, complemented by colorful, sautéed vegetables and served over fluffy jasmine rice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust for spice level)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
