Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder until well combined, then set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the cooled butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before cutting into squares.
- To create the spider web decoration, pipe melted white chocolate over each brownie in a web pattern.
