  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (3.8 ounce) can sliced black ripe olives
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped, divided
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 and 1/2 cups prepared guacamole
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 (6 ounce) can medium black olives, for garnishing and spiders
  • Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
  • Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
  • Mini Bell Peppers, halved and seeded

Instructions

  1. Spread refried beans evenly on a serving platter as the base layer.
  2. Add chunky salsa on top of the beans.
  3. In a bowl, mix half of the sour cream with taco seasoning and spread over the salsa.
  4. Sprinkle sliced black olives and half of the green onions over the sour cream layer.
  5. Distribute half of the shredded cheese evenly over the olive and onion layer.
  6. Spread prepared guacamole on top.
  7. Use remaining sour cream to create a spiderweb pattern, then garnish with cherry tomatoes and remaining olives shaped like spiders.
