Ingredients

  • 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
  • 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1214 Wonton Wrappers
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin tin cup and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fill each pre-baked wonton wrapper with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
