  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil or melted butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sour cream until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour this mixture into the spinach mixture.
  4. Stir until fully combined; the mixture should be thick but evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the combined mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
