- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil or melted butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sour cream until well mixed.
