  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil or avocado oil and season with paprika, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
