- 400 g chopped tomatoes

- 200 ml beef stock
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
