  • 4 Large Croissants (or 8 Mini Croissants)
  • 8 Slices of Havarti Cheese
  • 16 Slices of Turkey
  • 4 Tablespoons of Apricot Jelly
  • 4 Tablespoons of Honey Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup of Arugula or Micro Greens
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half. Spread apricot jelly on one half and honey mustard on the other.
  3. Layer one slice of Havarti cheese, four slices of turkey, and arugula on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Place the tops back on the croissants. Brush with butter, sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning, and drizzle honey over the top.
  5. Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
