- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, cold

- 4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/8 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a stand mixer bowl, cream cold butter with light brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Add in the cold egg and vanilla extract.
