- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour

- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the base layer, mix almond flour, oat flour, and salt in a bowl. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract; mix well. Spoon into a greased 8×8 baking dish and flatten.
- For the berry layer, heat berries with maple syrup and water in a pot until softened. Mash slightly, stir in cornstarch, then simmer until thickened. Cool in the fridge.
- For the crumble topping, combine oat flour, oats, almond flour, and salt in another bowl. Stir in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until mixed.
