  • 340 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 225 g bow tie pasta
  • 340 g cooked smoked sausage (chicken or turkey)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based butter
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss butternut squash and Brussels sprouts separately with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast until tender.
  3. Cook bow tie pasta in salted water until al dente; drain.
