Ingredients

  • 810 lbs beef baby back ribs
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Oil cooking spray
  • BBQ sauce (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the ribs and pat dry. Remove the membrane from the bone side.
  2. In a plastic bag, combine all dry rub ingredients; shake well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil. Place ribs on top, spray with oil, and massage the dry rub into both sides.
  4. Wrap ribs tightly with foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to marinate.
  5. Cook by either baking at low heat or grilling until tender.
