- 8–10 lbs beef baby back ribs
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- Oil cooking spray
- BBQ sauce (your choice)
Instructions
- Rinse the ribs and pat dry. Remove the membrane from the bone side.
- In a plastic bag, combine all dry rub ingredients; shake well.
- Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil. Place ribs on top, spray with oil, and massage the dry rub into both sides.
- Wrap ribs tightly with foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to marinate.
- Cook by either baking at low heat or grilling until tender.
