  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef: In a mixing bowl, combine beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the beef: Heat a wok or large skillet on high heat, add the marinated beef, and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan.
  3. Stir-fry vegetables: In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell peppers. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Combine: Return beef to the pan and pour in soy sauce mixture (soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar). Stir until well combined.
