  • 3 tablespoons flat Italian parsley (chopped)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and chill in ice water.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chilled tortellini, turkey bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onion, and parsley. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat evenly.
