- 11 oz chocolate wafers
- 11 oz caramel bits
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- Toppings: chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, peanuts, macadamia nuts), mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped candy bars (snickers, butterfinger, heath), mini vegan marshmallows, crushed Oreos, cereal (Fruity Pebbles, Fruit Loops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch), sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Slice washed apples into wedges and dip each into melted chocolate until coated.
- Place coated apple slices on the prepared sheet to cool.
- In another bowl, melt caramel bits with heavy cream using the same microwave method until smooth.
- Drizzle warm caramel over chilled chocolate-covered apple slices and add your favorite toppings immediately.
