Description

Ingredients

  • refrigerated pie crust
  • sour cream
  • egg yolks
  • sugar
  • cherry pie filling
  • blueberry pie filling
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out one pie crust into a 9” pie plate and prepare the second crust for decoration.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, 2 egg yolks, and sugar. Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepared crust.
  3. Layer cherry pie filling over two-thirds of the crust and blueberry filling over one-third.
  4. Decorate with cut-out shapes from the second crust and brush with a mixture of remaining egg yolk and milk.
  5. Bake on a baking sheet for 60-70 minutes until golden brown. Cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.
