- 1 cup brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- ¾ cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
- ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
Instructions
- Whisk hot water with espresso powder until dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, oil, sour cream, hot coffee mixture, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; stir until just combined.
