  • 2 tablespoons dry minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Beef ribs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 350°F and set up for indirect cooking.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the beef ribs.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and apply the rub evenly to the ribs.
  4. Place ribs on the grill over indirect heat, cooking for about 1 hour with the lid closed.
  5. Flip the ribs and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Whisk together honey, garlic, ginger, dark brown sugar, and soy sauce for the glaze.
  7. Coat ribs with glaze and move to direct heat for an additional 3-5 minutes per side.
