- 2.25 cups rotini or penne pasta
- 2.5 cups kale (stems removed, thinly sliced)
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp basil paste
- 3.5 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
