  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup mini M & M's
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, ground flax seeds, and honey until well blended.
  2. Stir in your choice of mix-ins to create unique flavors.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 15-30 minutes until firm.
  4. Roll the chilled mixture into approximately 12 bite-sized balls.
