  • 1 pound top sirloin steak (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into squares)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into squares)
  • 1 red onion (cut into squares)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and fajita seasoning.
  2. Place cubed steak in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over it, seal, and shake to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  4. Assemble kabobs by alternating pieces of bell peppers, onion, and marinated steak on skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for about 6 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
