- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half or dairy-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 cup cooked chopped turkey
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper until well combined.
