  • 2 (4 oz) chicken or turkey cajun style sausage links
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F). Cut 8 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  2. Microwave the potatoes for about 3 minutes until tender; slice them.
  3. On each double-lined foil sheet, layer sliced potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp.
  4. Melt butter and mix in lemon juice, thyme, and garlic; drizzle over each packet.
  5. Season with Old Bay seasoning before sealing packets tightly.
  6. Grill sealed packets for about 12-15 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and potatoes are tender.
