  • 810 slices provolone cheese (diced)
  • 3/4 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup pickled banana peppers (minced)
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 1/24 cups finely chopped Iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced turkey pepperoni, genoa turkey slices, chicken ham, provolone cheese, onions, and pickled peppers.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream, Italian seasoning, and optional pickled pepper juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the meat and cheese mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
