- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Juice from 2 lemons (or 6 tablespoons concentrated lemon juice)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions
- Mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, mustard powder, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pat the chicken dry to ensure crispy skin.
