Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling about 3 ounces each.
  3. Insert wooden sticks about two-thirds into the molds; freeze for one hour if necessary to keep sticks upright.
  4. Freeze for at least 6–8 hours until fully set.
  5. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 5–10 seconds, then gently pull on the stick.
