  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • Diced green chilies
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup green onion (chopped, white and green parts separated)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well coated.
