  • ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Soda Water
  • 3 to 4 Fresh Lemon Verbena Leaves
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon Slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemon verbena syrup by simmering equal parts water and sugar with lemon verbena leaves for about 5 minutes. Let cool and strain.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, combine the lemon verbena syrup, fresh lemon juice, and torn lemon verbena leaves. Shake gently for about 10 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
