Instructions
- Prepare the fruit by peeling and dicing the mangoes and hulling and slicing the strawberries.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the diced mangoes, sliced strawberries, sugar, water, and lime juice (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed. Blend briefly to incorporate any changes.
- Pour the blended mixture into a shallow freezer-safe dish. Cover airtight to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid, stirring every couple of hours for optimal texture.
