  • 2 cups kale, stems removed and roughly chopped

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons basil paste or pesto
  • 23 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the kale by removing tough stems and tearing leaves into bite-sized pieces. Massage with olive oil for tenderness.
  2. For the dressing, mix olive oil, basil paste or pesto, vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
