Ingredients
- 4 flour or corn tortillas
- 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the filling by washing and chopping the spinach. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach with feta, mozzarella, olive oil (or butter), salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Heat your skillet over medium heat.
